We are looking for a coin tray with a shape that makes it easier to remove coins.
Our advice
After discussion we have adjusted the radius on the ‘unpacking side’ in such a way that the functionality (i.e. removing the coins) was retained but the product despite the ‘hump’ on the ‘unpacking side’ can still be removed from the rubber press mould.
Advantage
A product that cannot be manufactured by conventional deep drawing due to its shape. You can use rubber presses to press ‘around’ a corner. Something that is necessary with this product because of the removal of coins. Additional advantages by opting for stainless steel in combination with rubber presses are reliability, wear resistance and the cleanability due to the flowing radii.
