Our advice
Make the radii in the corners and at the connections so large that they are easy to clean. In addition, the production process is simplified in this way. Also make the product in question is one-piece, so that no unnecessary welding seams arise and in high-gloss polished material. The costs for polishing are kept to a minimum by minimal welding seams.
Advantage
The cleaning time of the machine has been shortened; from no less than 4 to 1 hour. This has drastically reduced the total cost of ownership.
