Forklift engine grille
Help us to develop a sturdy, lightweight steel grille that provides adequate shielding and flow to the forklift engine cooling. With the additional requirement that it can also be stood on during maintenance. Our answer: instead of edging, welding, and finishing the edges on the openings that provide rigidity, giving all openings an edge during a single pressing step. This edge gives at least the same rigidity and provides a good flow through the radius. A cost-efficient engine grille, which also nicely matches the forklift design thanks to the round shapes.
