Help us develop a closed casing for the heat exchanger in the combustion chamber -of various models of high-efficiency boilers- from as few parts as possible.
Split the casing into two symmetrical parts and develop one mold in which we can press all the casings of different lengths into thin (0.8mm) stainless steel, including the various ‘lips’.
A casing half that can be assembled into a closed combustion chamber, by a pressed-on switch piece. By incorporating the shape of the heat exchanger into the casing, a more compact combustion chamber is created, so that the outside dimensions of the device can be smaller. Possible for all product variants, and made from one tool.
