About Phoenix 3D Metaal
Welcome to Phoenix 3D Metaal. Since 1960, we have been a specialist in sheet metal and since 1998 we have been turning metal sheets into 3D finished products with a high-end appearance. We aren’t new, but we are innovative. Always looking for how things can be done smarter. This has led us to a technology whose principle excels through simplicity: rubber pad forming presses. The name says it all; we use a rubber pad to shape metal. A technique that we – as the only company in the Netherlands – have perfected in recent years.

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
- Flexible working hours
– you can choose between a day shift (38 hours) or working in two shifts.
– 20% shift allowance, so work 5 days and get paid for 6!
– First week: Mon-Thu 6am-3pm and Fri 6am-2:45pm
– Second week: Mon-Thu 3:30pm-12:15am and Fri 2:30pm-7:45pm. Which means that you will only be home (very) late on 4 of the 14 days. - A varied set of tasks – no day is the same! You will work with small series of products (20-200 units), which means you always have variety in your work. You also help with checking and registering checks and resolving any malfunctions (yourself or with the foreman).
- You operate our rubber presses: powerful machines with pressing forces of up to 8,000 tons! No experience? No problem! We will teach you step by step everything you need to know, at your own pace.
- Plenty of independence – at Phoenix 3D Metaal we give you the space to do your work your way. No boss looking over your shoulder. Instead, a great team of young colleagues who support and motivate each other.
